Volume PR, but not a weight PR.
Advancing solidly toward goal of a 200lb overhead press.
Getting back into the swing of a consistent schedule. Only have 225 in plates at home, so I’m having to speed rep things like squats and deadlifts, so no real PRs there. Trying to get my presses up to a weight worth talking about. I’ll be sure to let you know when I get there.
