I completely forgot what day it was when I was typing the post last night. Here is a double post so that we can catch up on PR Friday. Remember that weight gain, food intake, weight lifted, and clothes ruined are all considered PR’s.

  1. Bought me a new pair of jeans the other day, because I cant fit into any of my old ones. The waist still fits, but the the thighs and ass are now comically tight. Weighed in at 216 this morning…

  2. squat pr 190 for 5 singles.
    I”m posting a goal in hopes that everyone will hold me accountable. 2 chins by the 1st day of 2010. it”s been over a months since i”ve been able to do 1 chin. But i know i can do it.

  3. Mr. G Noble, that is one hell of a PR, how is the noggin doing today?

    did anyone else get totally buried in snow? we got 18 inches here in central Delaware. Yikes

  4. Elizabeth – surprisingly enough it wasn”t too bad. It happened on Wednesday and didn”t even hurt at the time, except my thighs and knees which it also hit. Head was fine. I”m not sure how hard it fell because the thing was on the pins by the time I figured out what had happened. I was doing BTN presses at the time.

    In terms of actual lifting PRs, I bench pressed 35 kg dumbbells for 3 sets of 10. I have no idea if this is good, but hopefully I can translate it into a real bench PR on Thursday.

    The latest vid. Obv. Form on squats have reached a new nadir. Perhaps he has some injury that he needs rehabbed that is preventing him reaching dubiously parallel (IE I”m not really sure if they”re deep enough as I”m need to resort to some geometry to check, but not so shallow that it makes me laugh)

    Someday I”ll be posting big girl numbers (fingers crossed.)
