Bought the LP, loving it so far.
Quick question I had regarding lifting 3 days/week as the LP recommends vs. 4 days/week. Is 3 days more beneficial than 4? If you have the time/energy/nutrition to do 4 days, would that be better?
I’ve been falling the Wichita Falls program for some time now, and I like the 4 day/week training. Just wondering what the differences/benefits were.

How would you change the program to include the oly lifts? Which lifts would you replace with them and what sort of set/rep for a beginner/intermediate? Many thanks!
