Here is the second installment of our Wednesday Interview Series with Callahan. In case you missed the first video you can catch it here. This video gives you a small taste of what Callahan does for accessory arm work. The next video will highlight some of his heavy barbell training which is done at Marietta Barbell. It’s the home of some serious lifters. He is certainly in full form when he trains heavy. Don’t miss it!

Callahan: definitely the best thing to happen to this site since The Revolution.
Question for Justin or anyone…Is it better to space out pill supplements (fish oil, multi vitamin, potassium, creatine, etc.) throughout the day or take them all at once? My logic tells me I can only absorb so much at a time and I don’t want to invest in awesome but expensive hi-vis piss.
Had been on an LP of increasingly more pills per mouthful because it was badass when Justin did it in that one nutrition video. Then I thought about it and got curious if you guys had opinions on this mostly trivial matter.

This might sound real odd lol, but I have a gag reflex which makes me not able to go more than a few pills at a time. I usually spread them out throughout the day.
