Matt Truss has been telling us about his pulled pork recipe for a while. He finally organized the recipe and made some videos. He made a wonderfully organized word document, and if I try and post the pictures it won’t be as organized. I’ll just link it.

Great, now my keyboard is covered in drool.
Where can I find Gant’s CFC recipe?
This is AWWWWWEEESOMMEEE
This looks fantastic. I’m going to make it and report back.
JMOvetchkin, here is the CFC recipe. http://tinyurl.com/69lsrfm
I tried making it. My steaks were super tough despite pounding them and the fried part was soggy. I’ll try again some day because the way he made it in those videos looked great. P.S. why can’t the Caps score a goal?! Tomorrow is a must win game.
Never overlook the greatest cooking invention ever made: The pressure cooker. Meat as tender as if it were from a crockpot, done in about a 5th of the time.
Thanks for the recipe, your stack in the background’s legit.
Haha, funny the things you don’t notice that end up on video: Triple Strength Fish Oil, Vit. D, Vit. C, and a multi. That’s my stack. The Fenugreek in the front is for the breastfeeding wife, not me. The Poli-Visol is for the chitlens, the Tums are for me though!
@Maslow – hopefully it’s payback for your Pot Roast, which was damn good.
How I make my pulled pork:
Season bone-in pork roast, add 1-2 cups ginger ale and one yellow onion, quartered, and cook on low for 10 hours.
Pull out the roast/onions, discard the liquid, shred, and place back into the crock pot (along with onions) with a bottle of bbq sauce and cook for four more hours.
Eat all of it, drink a bunch of it –> party.
drink a bunch of beer*
@Maslow
Thanks man, I have actually made it a couple times but am having trouble with the gravy, I feel like Im missing something.
As for the Caps, don’t know whats wrong. I think they hate me.
This is way off topic but Harrison Ford is the man! I’m so impressed by him. I just came accross an article talking about how Carrie Fisher (Princess Leah) has really gone downhill since Star Wars but is now making serious bank off of a Jenny Craig spokesperson gig. It made me think about how Ford kept it together all this time and was super jacked in Indiana Jones 4 a couple years ago. I’d be interested in learning what he does to train.

The article (as with 99% of bodybuilding.com’s stuff) kinda sucked as it is mostly them speculating as to what he does, but one impressive thing I did see was that the dude was 65 years old when they filmed that, I would have lost money on that. The man is a stud, after all he gave us Han Solo, another product of the 70’s.

Justin, with regards to the 70sbig tour I have found a possible location in County Durham,UK. I have yet to contact the guy. Somebody I met a my gym is best friends with the owner & suggested this place, he said he’ll email him himself, but I have not seen him since. Here is his email address if you wish to contact him before me: info@spartanperformance.co.uk
Also, here is his website to give you an idea of what the place is like: http://www.spartanperformance.co.uk/index.html
made it today, 8/10
Would eat again
i’ll take an 8/10. did you make the coleslaw too?
I never acquired much of a taste for coleslaw. So, negative on that. At least 3-4 people in my house tried some of the meat, they all enjoyed it(the cool part is they’re incredibly picky eaters).
Mine is in the crockpot right now.
Can’t wait for dinner.
made it with chicken too, bad ass
Made it last night. SO GOOD.
