Pretty disappointing but at the same time I’m glad I didn’t make myself sick doing 225. The 315 bench miss seriously agitated my wrist injury.

Low back started cramping on deadlifts so I stopped, I have Scottish Games in a week I need to prepare for.
Nice challenge guys, the high reps were a mental kick in the ass.
I’m a little disappointed in the 90’s smallness of some of the contest finalists. I’m not sayin, I’m just sayin.
