Getting back into training

Slowly ramping my training back up. Monday/Tuesday are medium days. Going to do my regular volume work on Thursday/Friday with a slight reduction in weight. This will put me close to being back on schedule within the next two weeks.

DB Curls: 35×10/40×10/40×10 Hammer Curls: 40x10x3

Bench: 315x5x3
Press: 185x5x3
Dips: BWx10x3

Deadlift: 500×3
Front Squat: 255x3x3
Pull-Ups: BWx5x3
DB Curls: 35x10x3
Back-Extensions: 3×10

Bench: 355×3
Close-Grip: 225x5x3
Tricep Push-Downs: 3×10
Tricep Pull-Downs: 3×10
Kickbacks: 3×10
