Mike I just watched your third attempt squat at the Arnold. I was on the edge of my seat (at work) as you ground through that sucker. Nice work Man!

Talking about how much time you have before your last (heavy) lifts in the gym, at our gym we try and do about 5-7 days on bench, 7-10 days squat, and 10-14 days deadlift for guys. For the girls we try and keep the weight higher closer to the meet. Just a thought.
