So, I’m assuming you would recommend the slingshot?
What would be the purpose of using it in relation to just pressing? Is it just to move heavier weights with better mechanics?
Yes, I would definitely recommend the slingshot. I feel like it helps my mechanics, allows me to handle heavier loads, and has helped strengthen my triceps.-Mike
