Sites been down

Update: Uber shitty lifting day today. I am down 7-8 pounds due to some recent events that have taken place. Stressed out and some other shit. Felt like garbage today in the gym.


As some of you know the site has been down for a few days. Here is some recent activity.



I did the usual volume crap with a reduced volume on Friday. Back and hamstrings were tired from pulling.

    • Short question long…I just finished my first 6 weeks of TM. It’s went very well and I’m making good progress. I’ve taken my 5RM squat from 295lb to 320lb and bench/press have went up 15lbs on 1RM. So today starts my 7th week, should I take a deload or just keep doing what I’m doing?

      I’ve never really been good/known when is the right time to take a deload week. I haven’t taken one since I started TM. Also if I do take a deload week should I do all the same workouts etc but just at a lighter weight and work on mobility/stretching more?

      Just wanted to pick your brain on deload ideas/strategies. Thanks! – Chris

    • I haven’t played it much until recently. I have a level 15 Monk and a Level 17 Demon Hunter, both on Normal still. I promised my brother and uncle I’d beat normal with them without getting really far ahead, so it’s taking a while.
